Terms of Service
القواعد التي تحكم استخدام البوت ولوحة التحكم.
1. القبول
باستخدامك SANAD TICKET (“البوت”) الذي يشغّله SANAD BOT TEAM أو إضافته إلى سيرفر أو الدخول إلى لوحة التحكم، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق فلا تستخدم البوت.
2. الاستخدام المقبول
- الالتزام بـ شروط خدمة ديسكورد وإرشادات المجتمع.
- عدم استخدام البوت لأي نشاط غير قانوني، أو للإزعاج أو الإغراق (Spam)، أو لمحاولة تجاوز الحدود أو اختراق النظام أو الوصول لبيانات سيرفرات أخرى.
- تطبَّق حدود على الاستخدام (عدد الأقسام واللوحات ومعدّل الأوامر والتذاكر) لحماية الخدمة للجميع.
3. مسؤولية مديري السيرفرات
مدير السيرفر مسؤول عن طريقة استخدام البوت في سيرفره، وعن إبلاغ الأعضاء بأن محادثات التذاكر تُسجَّل وتُحفظ (انظر سياسة الخصوصية)، وعن الصلاحيات التي يمنحها لمشرفيه وحساباتهم في لوحة التحكم.
4. الاشتراكات والمزايا المدفوعة
بعض المزايا مدفوعة وتُفعَّل لسيرفر واحد لمدة محددة يحددها المشغّل عند التفعيل. الأسعار وطرق الدفع وسياسة الاسترجاع يحددها المشغّل وقت الشراء. عند انتهاء المدة لا يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا، وتتوقف المزايا المدفوعة وتعود حدود الباقة المجانية، دون حذف بيانات السيرفر. يحق للمشغّل تعديل ما يتضمنه كل مستوى مع إشعار معقول.
5. الخدمة “كما هي”
يُقدَّم البوت “كما هو” ودون أي ضمان بالتوفّر المستمر أو خلوّه من الأخطاء. قد تتوقف الخدمة أو تتغيّر ميزاتها في أي وقت.
6. تحديد المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل المشغّل مسؤولية أي خسارة أو ضرر غير مباشر ناتج عن استخدام البوت أو تعذّره، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات. ننصح بالاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية لما يهمّك.
7. الإيقاف والإنهاء
يحق للمشغّل تقييد أو إيقاف وصول أي سيرفر أو مستخدم يخالف هذه الشروط. ويمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام في أي وقت بإزالة البوت من سيرفرك.
8. التغييرات
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يعني قبولها.

1. Acceptance
By using SANAD TICKET (the “Bot”), operated by SANAD BOT TEAM, adding it to a server or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
2. Acceptable use
- Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Do not use the Bot for anything unlawful, for spam or flooding, to bypass limits, attack the system or access other servers' data.
- Usage limits apply (number of departments and panels, command and ticket rates) to protect the service for everyone.
3. Server admins' responsibility
Server admins are responsible for how the Bot is used in their server, for informing members that ticket conversations are recorded and stored (see the Privacy Policy), and for the permissions they grant to their staff and dashboard accounts.
4. Subscriptions and paid features
Some features are paid and are enabled for a single server for a period set by the operator at activation. Prices, payment methods and the refund policy are set by the operator at the time of purchase. A subscription does not renew automatically; when the period ends the paid features stop and the free plan's limits apply, without deleting the server's data. The operator may change what each tier includes with reasonable notice.
5. Service “as is”
The Bot is provided “as is” with no warranty of continuous availability or of being error-free. The service or its features may change or stop at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Bot, including data loss. Please keep backups of anything important.
7. Suspension and termination
The operator may restrict or suspend any server or user that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
